A story of their own

Every little person
has a world inside.

Tell me about theirs. These questions help shape a story that feels personal, thoughtful and entirely for them.

Start your story request

For grown-ups completing this request: use first names or nicknames, and leave out addresses, school names and medical records. Most details are optional.

A few questions before you begin?
Does my child have to be the character?

You can choose a fictional person, an animal, an invented creature or a whole cast. Their interests can inspire the story with as much or as little likeness as you want.

Does every story need to teach a lesson?

A story can be pure fun, an adventure, a celebration, an everyday moment or a way to explore something that matters to your family.

How much detail should I share?

Start with an age range, a few interests and an idea. A nickname or made-up name is welcome. The optional questions can help, and you can leave them open.

What happens after I send a request?

Samantha reviews it in her private studio and can reply to the email you provide. The story idea, availability, timing and any next steps can be discussed together.

Will a personalized book go on the public shelf?

Your request stays private. A public edition needs a separate conversation and your agreement. You can choose private family reading as your preference.

Optional. Your answers, including personal details, stay in this browser until you send or remove the draft. Choose this on a device you trust.

Tell me their animal or creature type, personality, role, talents or anything else that matters. Any kind of character can have any role.
